Rob’s career as a professional musician, producer and respected composer has seen him work on many varied projects throughout his career.
As an accomplished solo artist, his 1st solo album ‘Four Walls’, lead to a recording deal in the U.S. and extensive touring throughout Australia. He is currently completing production on his second solo album.
He is a co-writer and producer for the successful pop act ‘emaar’. emaar received national radio play throughout 2004 with the single ‘Higher’ in Australia, reaching no#6 on the Nova 19’s chart. emaar have had a string of national and international releases and performed live at gigs such as Kiss My Grass (Sidney Myer Music Bowl).
To add to his credits Robert was humbled to be selected as a finalist in the prestigious 2004 APRA Screen Music Awards for his work on a Docklands documentary with Igloo Design.
Robert works on a variety of film and television projects, composing for documentaries, writing opening themes, composing complete scores for feature films or also acting as music supervisor.
Rob also works closely with record companies writing and producing songs for other artists. He has also written library music for the contemporary label Beatbox.
In Short, Rob’s work has enjoyed hundreds of hours of airplay – with composition and sound design work that ranges from commercial releases, multi-media, advertising, film and television.
